Hi, I am Mona.

I am a certified systemic coach, yoga teacher and sound healer, passionate about empowering women to reconnect with their authentic selves.

Yoga has been fundamental for me to be able to reconnect to my own body, accept myself and has ultimately guided me in my healing journey. My purpose is to create and hold spaces where you can discover yourself, be yourself, and heal yourself—whether through coaching, yoga, or sound.

​

As a coach, I take a holistic approach that combines movement, sound, breathwork, and mindfulness to nurture both mind and body. In my yoga classes, I weave these elements together with dynamic flows, breathwork, and sound to create grounding and transformative experiences.

Music has always been an integral part of my life. As a classically trained vocalist and pianist, I find that sound not only moves me but also guides me. Sound healing is a key part of my practice, bringing harmony to both body and mind.

My 200-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, deepened my understanding of yoga philosophy and Bhakti Yoga, enriching my teaching with wisdom and heart-centered connection.

Whether you’re joining me for a coaching session or a yoga class, my mission is to hold a safe, compassionate space where you can connect with your inner truth, express yourself authentically, and step into the most vibrant version of yourself.

Bliss Club Yoga

There are many definitions of the word "bliss". In the Yoga Sutras, "Samadhi" is defined as one of the eight limbs of yoga (Ashtanga Yoga) and said to be the "union with the divine".

To me personally "bliss" is being fully aware that the present moment is perfect, for all the reasons and no reason at all, that it is eternal and fleeting at the same time. It is the space in between stillness and movement, sound and silence, vulnerability and strength. It is a state of gratitude and feeling alive. To me, this is the most powerful space to be in.

 

It's how I feel on my mat sometimes, and it's definitely how I feel when I'm creating a space for others to experience  their own body, mind, and soul. And that's why I started Bliss Club Yoga.

My vision is to create a community based on shared experiences in and outside of a yoga shala in order to empower each other, support each other, and live life with an open heart.
