I offer a holistic yoga experience that entails asanas, sound, meditation, and pranayama.

Yoga Asanas

Yoga Asanas refer to the poses we do in yoga.

I offer both private classes and studio classes in various styles (Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa).

Sound

Sound can not only be soothing but also healing for the body and the mind. The vibrations can unblock and release stagnant energies in our body. Moreover, the frequencies of the sound used in sound healing activate our parasympathetic nervous system which is responsible for lowering both the heart and breathing rate and also lowers the blood pressure. These effects help us to enter a state of relaxation not only for the body but also for the mind.

I am using various types of sound in my sessions, such as chanting (use of voice), Tibetan singing bowls, and other instruments that I use in both sound baths or private sound healing sessions.

Meditation & Pranayama

Both meditation and pranayama are fundamental elements of a yogic lifestyle and one way to encounter the state of bliss.

​

I am offering guided meditations, both in stillness and in movement, as well as guided breathing exercises, also known as pranayama.
